(1a)The Return Policy does not apply to items that have not been looked after correctly: The policy does not apply to items that do not have manufacturing faults . A credit will be offered or we will gladly exchange faulty items. This return option will become void if the item appears dirty, used, damaged, or laundered or it appears the correct washing instructions were not followed. and whose tags, labels or seals have been removed or evident tampering of the garment. (garments are checked before delivery) Upon receipt of the faulty item, we’ll issue a refund for the full purchase price or exchange including shipping. Charges will be at customers expense for exchanges. we will only cover shipping costs if an evident manufacturing fault is the reason for return. Return policy for Retailers and Resellers are as follows:
Fashion Brazil will only exchange faulty merchandise from retailers and resellers: we will only accept return of goods under the conditions as mentioned above in section (1a)

Returns due to lack of sales or turn over will not be the responsibility of the supplier and we can not accept return of goods once orders have been processed. Please visit our show room to make an informed choice regarding styles sizes and colour options. We Quality control and check all goods prior to delivery. Evidence of tampering with the Garments will render the return policy void. If garment is returned due to a manufacturing defect or fault we will cover the cost of shipping.
Note: All garments are tested for quality and integrity by the manufacturer -dyes and materials are also tested.
